VILLARENOVA LLC ("SellBuyLeads," "we," "us," or "our") operates the SellBuyLeads marketplace at sellbuyleads.com (the "Site"), which connects consumers who submit information requests through online forms ("Leads") with mortgage, insurance, and home services businesses that purchase those Leads ("Buyers"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

When a consumer submits a form on the Site or on a partner landing page operated on our behalf, we collect the information provided in that form, which may include:

Contact information: full name, email address, phone number, and mailing or property address (where applicable).
Form-specific details relevant to the vertical, such as requested loan amount and property value (mortgage), coverage type and date of birth (life, health, or final expense insurance), vehicle year/make/model (auto insurance), or project type and timeline (home services).
Consent and source metadata: the timestamp of submission, the IP address and source/landing page the Lead was captured on, and the TCPA consent record described below.
Account information for registered Buyers and Sellers, including business name, billing details, and login credentials.
Technical information such as browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.

How We Use Information

We use the information collected primarily to operate the lead marketplace, including to:

Match consumer Leads with Buyers (licensed agents, lenders, brokers, and home services contractors) who have purchased access to Leads in the consumer's vertical and geographic area;
Verify and score Lead quality, including detecting duplicate or fraudulent submissions;
Process transactions between Buyers and Sellers on the marketplace;
Communicate with consumers, Buyers, and Sellers about their submissions, accounts, or purchases;
Maintain consent and compliance records described in our TCPA Compliance page; and
Improve the Site, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell Lead data for purposes outside the stated business of operating the lead marketplace described in this Policy. We are not a credit bureau, and the information we collect should not be used for eligibility determinations such as credit, insurance underwriting, or employment decisions.

Every Lead capture form on the Site requires the consumer to affirmatively check a consent box before submission. By submitting a form, the consumer provides express written consent to be contacted by the Buyer(s) who purchase that Lead, including by telephone call, text message, autodialed call, or prerecorded message, at the phone number provided. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

The exact consent language used on our forms, how it is recorded, and how Buyers are expected to use purchased Leads responsibly are described in full on our TCPA Compliance page, which is incorporated into this Privacy Policy by reference.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) gives you certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

Know what categories of personal information we have collected, used, and disclosed about you, and the categories of third parties to whom it was disclosed or sold;
Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (for example, information already sold to a Buyer prior to your request, or information we must retain for legal or fraud-prevention purposes);
Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Because submitting a Lead form results in your information being made available for purchase by Buyers, you may exercise this right at any time before your Lead is sold by contacting us as described below; and
Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@sellbuyleads.com with the email address or phone number you submitted and the specific right you wish to exercise. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Data Retention

Lead data is retained and "ages" through the pricing tiers described on our homepage and marketplace pages — generally categorized as Fresh, Recent, Maturing, and Aged based on time since submission. Unsold or aged Lead records are retained for up to twelve (12) months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted or anonymized unless they have already been sold to a Buyer, in which case the Buyer's own retention practices apply to the copy they purchased. Account and transaction records for registered Buyers and Sellers are retained as needed to comply with accounting, tax, and legal obligations.

How to Opt Out or Request Removal

You may request that we stop contacting you, remove your information from active marketplace inventory before it is sold, or delete your record entirely by emailing privacy@sellbuyleads.com. We will process opt-out and removal requests as quickly as possible and, in any case, before your Lead is made available to additional Buyers, except where a sale has already occurred prior to receipt of your request.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, to understand how visitors use the Site, measure the performance of our marketing campaigns, and attribute Leads to their original source (including UTM parameters appended to landing page URLs). These tools may collect information such as your IP address, browser, device type, and pages viewed. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Site.

We share Lead data with the Buyer(s) who purchase a given Lead, consistent with the exclusivity terms described in our Terms of Service (e.g., shared leads may be sold to up to three Buyers unless marked Exclusive). We may also share information with service providers who help us operate the Site (such as hosting, payment processing, and analytics providers), and as required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SellBuyLeads, our users, or the public. We do not share or sell information for purposes unrelated to operating the lead marketplace.

Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Lead and account data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
